The Global Orchestra is a dynamic cross-cultural music collective that blends genres of music from different parts of the world to create dynamic sing-along, dance-along concerts. This special performance of the Global Orchestra will feature an ensemble of extraordinary international musicians from the South Jersey/Philadelphia area, featuring multilingual vocalist Phyllis Chappell, Greek multinstrumentalist Bill Koutsouros, erhu (Chinese violin) virtuoso Qin Qian), Middle Eastern percussionist Joe Tayoun (West African percussionist Senfuab Stoney (West African percussion), with band leaders Bruce Kaminsky (and Jay Sand of the All Around This World global music program for kids.
